Name your CMS collection and create a new item by simply clicking on the "New Item" tab at the top navigation bar. Here you need to add custom fields based on your blog requirement.

Then simply connect each field with the index page. The data will be added or changed dynamically when you make updates each time.

Note that: the category tab is currently working with two options only. All and Latest. If you wish to activate more, you may need to create variants.
